Weight is 115lbs
Sleep was good, slept from 12:30 to 6:30 and only reason I woke up was because my stupid alarm went off, forgot to turn it off, then went back to sleep and then the phone rang at 9am, who the hell calls people so damn early anyway! I was lying back trying to get back to sleep but the phone kept ringing on and off.
Note: Was planning on training today but my body is so sore from the 3 days of training today so I'm taking another rest day, usually I would go anyway and fight through the pain, but because I'm just starting back after being out of the gym for 5 weeks, it would be smarter not to go, yes I'm justifying myslef here, so I can look back at this, and know I made the right choice. Something many of you may not know about me I'm very hard on myself, and if I take extra rest enough I know it's what my body needs I feel like I've failed. Also today is the start of the FAME Worlds (it's a weekend long thing) and that was a show I was supposed to compete in, and I'm feeling alittle down, for not being able to do it. Again I feel like I've failed myself.
