lol oh and SBT you did read "ghetto rice krispie treats" right??? lol this girl can't wait for them to get cold she eats the mixture right out of the pot! :lmao: Note to self: Don't make rice krispie treats!!!

Sleep was good, slept from 12:30 to 6:30 and only reason I woke up was because my stupid alarm went off, forgot to turn it off, then went back to sleep and then the phone rang at 9am, who the hell calls people so damn early anyway! Note: Was planning on training today but my body is so sore from the 3 days of training today so I'm taking another rest day, usually I would go anyway and fight through the pain, but because I'm just starting back after being out of the gym for 5 weeks, it would be smarter not to go, yes I'm justifying myslef here, so I can look back at this, and know I made the right choice. Something many of you may not know about me I'm very hard on myself, and if I take extra rest enough I know it's what my body needs I feel like I've failed. Also today is the start of the FAME Worlds (it's a weekend long thing) and that was a show I was supposed to compete in, and I'm feeling alittle down, for not being able to do it. Again I feel like I've failed myself.

1 scoop protein (1/2 casinate, 1/2 whey)

2 tbsp almond butter

veggie fresh juice (cabbage, spinach, beet, carrot, celery, and ginger)
12 grain bagel
1 whole egg
3 egg whites

1 scoop protein (1/2 caseinate, 1/2 whey)
1 tbsp almond butter
3 oz carrots

Protein 95g 32%

Yes I know I'm so happy he finally showed up, I got quite abit of sleep since last night and my naps today. :elephant: Lets hope my sleeping is finally back on track.

Sleep: Has been getting better and better, last night I slept from 12:30 until 8:30 and I didn't wake up once :elephant: only reason I woke up at 8:30 is cause the boyfriend set the alarm for that time and I have no idea why :redhot: I went back to sleep until 11:30. I think now my body wants to make up for all the lost sleep. :lmao:
