SBT for real your cheat meal should be whatever you feel like eating, something that's not in your daily diet. Not every cheat meal for me contains chocolate cake, or ice cream or stuff like that, sometimes it would be 3 rice cakes with almond butter, with slices of banana on top, and a glass of milk, or my yummy pancakes with no sugar syrup sometimes I'll add carob chips. Nothing wrong with keeping a cheat clean, if that's what you feel like you want, but hey if you want the chocolate cake that that's ok also, just in moderation of course.
Well thats very good to hear, I guess I did just fine then since my cheat was a big bowl of fresh berries and a banana, with some yogurt on top then a big ole cup of granola and a melted tbl of peanut butter
