Hello ladies, just a quick update PEAK WEEK has finally arrived woohoo The boyfriend had to re-format the computer cause it was acting up so I haven't had the internet in a few days

Anyway I feel like friggin' sh*t, so depleted I've had no complex carbs for 2 weeks now, with the exception of a planned cheat meal that my trainer told me to have last week. Damn the beginning of peak week is a pain in the ass, can't wait for Thursday to just sit back and eat with my feet up.
