So just alittle update, I took 2 days from my diet started back on it on Tuesday, and enjoyed many treats, and in those 2 days I have to say I think my only protein source was 1 shake in the 2 days, I just couldn't bring myself to eat any meat, the thought of it, made me want to vomit, so I listened to my body and ate lots of fruit.
So I was back at the gym on Monday and felt good about it, but yesterday I was so tired and miserable. And today I woke up to go to cardio this morning, but never went I'm still so tired, my eyes are burning and my body aches from my neck to my toes. So I think for the next week I'm going to take a break from the am cardio, just do my weights and my 20 minute cardio after the weights (remember I was doing 2 cardios a day)
Another thing is that my tired yet, I'm having a hard time sleeping, I go to sleep, but wake up in the middle of the night, and when I wake up I'm so tired like I didn't sleep all night.
I was reading up on Biosignature Modulation, which is a system that Charles Poliquin developed and basicly he says that your skinfold measurements are related to your hormones in your body and where your body stores it's fat. Like this year, I noticed it's been difficult getting the fat on my abs and "love handles", so according to his theories, I would have an issue with stress (cortisol) and insulin.
Current diet looks like this:
Meal 1
1 C green veggies
protein powder
1 tbsp coconut oil
Meal 2
1 C green veggies
3 oz chicken
3g fish oil
Meal 3
1 C green veggies
3 oz chicken
3g fish oil
Meal 4
1 C green veggies
3 oz chicken
3g fish oil
Meal 5
3 oz carrots
2 tbsp almond butter
protein powder
Training is a circuit training 2 days on, 1 day off, with 20 minutes of cardio at the end. No cardio in the am for about a week.
