ok, I finnally got brave enough to do this. I have been training (moderately) for about 2 years. I made my mind up to get serious about 3 months ago and have been balls to the walls ever since. I am 5'11", 210lbs at 10%bf (caliper test, probably more like 12%) 2 years ago I weighed roughly 175-180lbs at 16%bf. I know I have a lot of work to do, so please give me any suggestions. The poses are raw (I have not been shown the proper way), but you got to start somewhere.
