You seem to be ahead of the game. Very symmetrical and lean. Keep it up and start going heavy......it has been my personal observation that most "personal trainers" strive for that Men`s Health look rather than mass building.

i would say to hit decline presses to add more size to the lower and outer pecs also more emphasis on arms in order to bring them up to proportion other than that keep up the good work.
