1st pictures-please critique

You seem to be ahead of the game. Very symmetrical and lean. Keep it up and start going heavy......it has been my personal observation that most "personal trainers" strive for that Men`s Health look rather than mass building.
 
You look like you got a realy good base bro , good preportion and you legs ain't bad.keep up the hard work

P.S. if you don't puke after hitting legs then you diden't
hit them hard enough !!!
 
you look good bro, nice symetry, small waist good delts
i would say to hit decline presses to add more size to the lower and outer pecs also more emphasis on arms in order to bring them up to proportion other than that keep up the good work.
