Hey, as some of you may know, i just got back from a long lay off due to some hospital time and travelling. Before that i was 200lbs with abs when flexed. Im a 19 year old male. About 6 foot even.
When i got back home i was 178! Now after some serious lifting... and eating.
Three weeks later im 193.5 lbs and acording to the abs im still the same bf% i was when i got back
Was that just a huge case of muscle memory?
or alot of water retention?...if so why the massive ammounts of water retention all of the sudden?
btw, im a natural trainer. and my program focus's on
squat, deadlift, bench, pushpress with 5x3 for most exercises
