That was not my question as to weather fiber muffins are good for me or not. My question was regarding NET carbs vs. regular. But thank you for your opinion

I don't think fiber muffins are really 'crap'... and it might just be the lack of respect and politeness in the way your message was delivered? You seem to be taking this rather personally no?

You're right, I'll take my opinions elsewhere. Sorry if I came across disrespectful.
 
Trex- I apologize if you took offense to that. Did not mean any ill will at all. The reason that I put up this log was because Need2 asked me too. I am happy with my meal plans and workouts. The fiber cakes are not bad at all. They are from trader Joes and have 80 calories ans no fat and a butt load of fiber and are far from a cupcake. I also eat it with a hardboiled egg to balance out the insulin. But again I apologize if you took that personal it was not intended to effect you like that:(

Ok I just wanted to tell everyone about some good pancake mix! It is called " Heidi's cottage cheese pancake mix" Look it up on line! You mix the pancake mix with an egg and cottage cheese and it packs a good punch of 22 grams of protein and really tasty!
