In any case, Columbine was also a gallery for those kids. They trained well for it.
Turning places into the OK corral is not the answer to limit the shooting victims.
Non trained personnel shooting at people they "think" is the bad guy if something goes down. Is not genius.

I love guns, and I dont like the particular gun laws in my state. But I'm not stupid enough to believe that if everyone is packing, criminals will stop commiting crimes. Banks still get robbed, Cops still get attacked, ect ect.

I would never have pictured you as a "gun lover"... My thing is that this country will still not be safe if they got rid of the second amendment. Cops would still get killed, banks would still get robbed etc. The US government will just ship it in like they did with Mexico

The majority of people that carry concealed actually shoot their gun and do some form of training with it I know I do and it's pretty obvious who the bad guy is when they start shooting civilians so say if some teachers at columbine were carrying or if even a handful of people at that movie theatre had a gun things would have probably been different

--Whoever is talking about the potential of getting rid of the second ammendment STFU. It would be impossible, even if someone was trying, and no one is trying. Enough of the paranoia.

--All you cowboys who think that all that theater needed was someone carrying, well, how do you know there wasn't anyone carrying? Having a gun doesn't automatically make you the hero of the day. Getting a shot off to stop that crime would have been very difficult. There was a guy with a concealed weapon there when Gabby Giffords was shot. Not only was he not able to shoot the shooter, he almost accidently shot an innocent bystander.

Moral: Maybe armed movie goers would have helped stop the crime, maybe they could have done nothing, and maybe they would have shot innocent people by mistake. I wouldn't be so certain about this one.

Even Judge Alito conceded that. What is troubling is when extremists gain power and ideology trumps common sense.
