9-30 - hit some reverse hyper and hammer curls at school

10-2 ME bench

Floor Press - 185x3, 205x1, 235x1 (cant do these anymore. i dont have a setup at all, so i cant put enough weight on the bar, plus its really dangerous the way i do it)

4 board for 3 reps - 185x5, 205x3, 235x3, 255x3(PR) (i will be doing these to blast my lockout strength, because my lockout sucks....all my board #'s are very close together)

single-handed bent-over rows w/ bands - average band...3 sets of 20 (dont really have any other way to do rows

Do you normally just do your back on bench day?

I was wondering if the unilateral bent over rows were with db's AND a band, or just a band.

i did them with just the band.

i will be doing lats here at home on ME day and then when i go to school to hit some reverse hypers and hammer curls, i'll be doing lats also
 
usually i do a board press for ME, then do some sort of extension and then plate raises. i do the same kind of assistance work for DE day
 
Gotcha...

You have an aweome bench, especially for you weight and age, so I just wanted to get a feel for how you split things up.
