1-TU by nutrex Dosage

nha dont even bother broh.....saw palmetto is acutally slightly estrogenic......if anything just use some nettles and pyguem post cycle if you think you are having a lil prostate problem..... saw palmetto kindahelps but there is some estrogenic activity going on...beta sitosterol has been show to be helpful in that area to but just use 6-oxo.... and you should be good to go

Strenght is starting to come back slow but sure with glutamine peptides, and creatine, ribose, and a gang of other vitamins. Any Opinions are appreaciated. Also I am down to 260~ from 315-320 last august.

Well, this is just my opinion, but I'd say:

1: Lay off the CKD diet while your on this. If you are trying to put on mass it's going to be difficult if you're cutting carbs back so much, either cut or bulk, pic one or the other. If you're working out hard enough and taking the 1-test, some extra carbs shouldn't hurt too much. Just try to make them complex carbs, and perhaps take some r-ala to aid in glucose transport.

2: Don't skip dosages during the cycle, take the pills everyday to keep your blood concentrations relatively stable.

3: If you are 260 lbs right now, I'd suggest you take more than 250-300 mg per day. In fact, I'd say you should start at 250 mg the first week and increase each week up to about 600 mg a week. You're a pretty big guy, so you'll need a little bigger doasge.

4: You may also want to stack this with some type of topical 4-AD product to keep your libido in check (1-test tends to supress that).

5: 6-oxo post cycle would be a good idea also.
 
Funk and gixxer, thank you for your replies. I am not really worried about putting on mass(so the cycle is a bit for naught) but I am interested in seeing how this product will work. But damn now you have me really thinkin....I have been making good progress on the diet and don't want to stop.. Shit. Its a damn quandry. Thanks for your replies.

If it really is a quandry for you at this time then continue with your dieting phase for a little while longer. If it's going well for you stay on it a little longer until you bring your bf to a relatively low %age, that you are content with. Then start carbing back up a little and start the 1-test cycle at that time.
 
As gsxr1000 says, if you are interested in continuing to cut, you can certainly continue your CKD. If you find strength or energy levels become an issue, I would suggest that you insert an additional refeed mid-week to aid in offsetting this possibility and promoting additional anabolism.
