ok im looking for the best way of maintaining strength and size while cutting. should i just stick to say bench for chest but do like 6 working sets? or 3 exercises 2 sets each? i ask cause both offer differnt benefits, like if i stick to the bench press its a compound exercise, it hits a wide suface area of the muscle + it hits my delts and triceps a bit. but if i do 3 differnt exercises i can hit each angle better. i could only be doing 2 working sets pr exercise so i wouldnt get so tired. so u see its kinda a tough call in my eyes. need some advice.
