Happy Sunday my EF FAM πŸš€ Hope yall long weekend are all cracking already.

➑️ Feeling super energised after 4x day in a row of extra calories from carbohydrates, energy and fullness creeping back and weight has remained so that’s a major bonus.

✳️ NEW game plan coming up over the next few days, and we begin pushing for 16 weeks
