Happy Humpday my ELITE FIT BROS!

Ripped into this morning with a savage 4am leg session, hammies being the major focus right now to bring them and my abductors up to size with the quads

Left zero in the tank, still working out the flow and progressions of sets with my new programming - as it’s slightly different to what I had been doing in the past - trying to really fucking lock-in to true failure and going beyond what I know.
