💚 Happy Humpday my ELITE FIT BROS!

🔥 Ripped into this morning with a savage 4am leg session, hammies being the major focus right now to bring them and my abductors up to size with the quads

🏴‍☠️ Left zero in the tank, still working out the flow and progressions of sets with my new programming - as it’s slightly different to what I had been doing in the past - trying to really fucking lock-in to true failure and going beyond what I know.
