Your arms - What cycle made them GROW!

I train with some world class powerlifters (WPO and IPA champs) and most have jacked bis/tries and do little if any iso work, and they def don't have "Arm Days". WTF I am not knocking anybody on here for how they train, but an arm day is like a day off. IF you want big arms do some heavy pressing and some heavy pulling. A 400 lb board press and some weighted chins will blow your arms up. Peace
 
Everything said about squats and deads is true, I know from experience. I couldn't get past 16" arms, so I started doind squats and deads again (had a non weight lifting injury keeping me from doing them) and I am now close to 17.5"

Also try DRAG CURLS!
 
I would say your arm growth has more to do with your actual training and diet then any hormone you could use,because if you don't have both in check you're not going to grow taking anything.

working legs does promote growth hormone release,and if you're not including your legs in your training your body is going to only release half as much GH......and can actually limit actual growth for the rest of your body.

Right on!

My arm day is 2 sets heavy nose busters. 2 sets heavy Hammers.
Close out with preachers until I'm in real pain. Total time 20 minutes.
I'm carrying 2, 19" guns.

I warm up with wide grip EZ bar 21's
and Close grip 21's

and reverse grip 21's

All that is a warm up o_0
