Your arms - What cycle made them GROW!

i could show you someone with a big upper body and lil chicken legs

Agreed, you can find some guys with big arms who have chicken legs.

But if spurring arm growth is a problem, and your arms are lacking, then it is CRUCIAL to look at your basics such as squats, deads, and legs.

The more I work my legs the bigger my arms (and chest) gets. They grow MUCH MUCH more than if I only work upper body.

I've gotten alot of arm growth this past year by spot injecting tren with a little bit of pgf2a (.3cc each pin). The trick is to do it later in the day after an arm workout, and immediatly do alot of light pump sets and stretching. The pump from the pgf will disperse the oil throughout the muscle and help stretch the fascia. Last year my arms were by far my worst bodypart....went back to my old gym last week and kept on getting comments on how much bigger they are now. You can't really do the spot shots for more than 3 weeks, as it does cut into your strength levels on all upper body lifts some (the triceps get so tight and pumped it hard to get your arms over the head for seated french presses). Once I stop there is a slight reduction in size (loss of swelling) but strength comes back in a few weeks and within a few months they are back to the size they were when site injecting. I just switched to doing this on calves....arms is definately more fun, but damn, the calves need some help now.

Oh, I got best results by getting the shot at least 1" deep...with the 5/8" pins the oil would sometimes give a lump appearance that would not move with the muscle. 5/8" of 1/2 pins are fine if it is just pgf2a or pgf2a+water based gear.

The best way, I think, to promote more growth in any body part that is lacking is to simply change your workout. Instead of standing barbell curls, do some alternating dumbell hammer curls followed off with concentrated seated preacher curls. Do that for 1 month, then switch again. Whenever I switch my routine, I'm always able to gain new muscle.

a friend of mine took eq on and off for 3 years.his weight and muscle mass increased over this time.he looked wider and bigger but his arms still lacked the growth that the rest of his body did.in his head he wasnt satisfied.he than took hgh and his arms got real big fast but he didnt follow the rules with that stuff and he winded up in the hospital for something or other i never found out.i think he took to much and still partied like a champ.he than disappeared. but he pushed it to the limit and his arms grew.....i think thats the ticket for a hard arm gainer but to be very disaplin.

I figure on a 1 inch increase in arm size for every 15 lbs of additional body weight. Read this somewhere, did the math and it's reasonably accurate.

Arms happen to be my best part..They used to be my worst...I train them 2 to 3 times a week switching from heavy to light work outs, hitting them from every possible angle....It works.....And you can throw in a little synthol for lagging segments...

If you want your arms to grow then work your legs. Don't forget the basics of squats and deadlifts. None of these are arm exercises but it's all a synergystic effect.
I found my bi's and ti's grew way more when I started doing the 5x5 with lots of squats and dead lifts. I think dead lifts helped my arms grow more then any thing. :)

3 times a week, BCAA and Arginine before and after workout,
Pullups, chin ups, and pushup before the workouts to stretch the muscles and get some blood in them.
