cool. thanks. ill start with 4 times a week (cardio days) and apply it 20 minutes before cardio. i didnt notice anything the first time but i didnt wash my face with warm water or exfoliate.

Been using it about 2-2.5 weeks now and ive BEEN noticing results...and they def arent i my head. Nothing dramatic, but I can slowly see the lovies and lower ab fat getting smaller. I just hope when I stop using it it doesnt magically appear back! I STRONGLY recommend this product even for $60 or $70, well worth a try. ....P.S. I havent even been using it b4 cardio, so i can imagine the results if i did. Granted my food intake is 90% clean 7 days/wk---id still try it out bros

I was wondering..I drink 1 scoop of creatine/water immediately after my workout and drink alot of water....Does this even matter if i start using Y ES?

will the creatine interfere / vise verse?
