Wow!!fellow iron pumpers don't miss this!!

Thanks UA Iron,
What makes You think I haven't read tons of info and done tons of
research? Did You read every page of this post or just this one?
I mentioned on another page I would post My workout when I got time
and that's all I was doing!! Did I say this is the best workout or
everyone needs to do this workout, NO. I simply stated what I was doing!!
I see You and S-D have been around a LONG time!! I respect that
BIG TIME and hopefully I can learn here. But, Make no mistake I have
put many hours and research time into diets and workout routine's and have tried
each of the one's that have been listed above 5x5, HIIT, 5/3/1, the Big 3 along with
many CPT's I've worked out with 1 of which had huge credentials in BB, MMA, KB
and many other certifications and awards, that I have built My current program
with along with certain princepals I liked form each of the above programs.
Those other routine's didn't work for Me then probably different with AAS.
I don't feel 1 particular program is right for EVERYONE, We are all different.
I have put in the time on the diet and workout routine research and due dilegence
in those areas.
I admit AAS is completely new to Me that's why I'm here and asked for
My hand to be held. If I screw that up I can permently damage My organs and
whole Life, and My Liberty!!
So, if You didn't read all the pages of this posting and just this one than I can see how
it may have come off the wrong way.
I am new here and just wanted to be thorough in My postings that's all. Don't really know
how to take the red thing other than like a Man, and to respect Your Opinions and leave it at
that.

You'll be back in the green in no time bud. I appreciate your willingness to learn more about AAS.

In short, I dont think its the anabolics that are the hard part, its the details of all the other parts that are tough; PCT, on cycle support, most suited AI for combating sides etc.

Diet aspect is even harder to nail down, and 10x harder to follow with the kind of discipline necessary to keep up gains and stay lean.

So much bla blah on this thread and it doesn't seem to be going anywhere.

Bro, your obviously not taking any of the advice given to you seriously. You dismiss it all. Go read around here and make a cycle up, post it and we will give you advice as I stated before. You spend so much time running in circles here that you could've posted the most simple and basic 10-15 week test cycle by now, complete with PCT and ancillaries.

Save us already.

I started the Eat-Right-For-Blood type diet after Doctor visit. Got Me off heartburn medicine and feel 1000 ntimes better.
Great diet check it out if You can.
I NEVER eat fast food. No fries etc....
Also, Take fish oil, L-Glut. Argen. Chews 4 times a day , Kroytene Tabs the purple ones.
And an Extreme Athelete pack of vitamins in morning.

Goals: To be and Look in the BEST shape of My Life and the strongest every aspect. Wanna be Huge and Cut after I get the desired bulk.

A lot of carbs in your diet man. I'd cut out all bread personally, deli meats suck too (they're a processed meat with weird fillers in them). Yogurts are typically laced with a ton of sugar. If the above is what the "eating for you bloodtype" diet says you should be eating then I'd say it is not congruent with a lifestyle you wish to maintain.

I think even a Body For Life style diet is a better option than the above...

Your goals, are you sure you need steroids for them? P90X style workouts coupled with a solid diet yield great results for many people.

If you want to be bigger than the average person then maybe AAS are not a bad choice with some considerations:
1. As you retain more mass typically your cardio will suffer. Lifespan is also reduced typically.
2. Is your wife ready for waking up with a hard-on pressed up against her and some savage grunts and ass grabbing every single morning? (sounds silly, but in my experience not too many women can cut it).
3. Mood changes: it will probably increase because of your age. You will have a tendency to become more selfish (studies are out there reporting this phenomenon) - this may not be well suited for a family lifestyle though.
4. Impacts on cardiovascular system: Blood serum cholesterol ratios changing (for the worst, temporary though), blood pressure increasing...
5. The implications of never coming off: HRT may become a reality if recovery is difficult. Not completely unusual at age 40.
6. Psychological addiction: Hardly spoken of, but once you come off and see a lot of gains slipping and your desire to jump back on increases and you start ignoring good practice for AAS...

I dont use these as scare tactics, just things to keep in mind for negotiating the use of anabolics.

If you tried 5x5 and 5/3/1 and other similar, low volume, high frequency programs...I would venture a guess that you did not do them exactly as they are laid out. I bet you added extra exercises, sets and reps.

Also, your diet is absolute shit for gaining mass. A 12 year old girl couldn't gain weight on that diet. You should be taking in 2 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight, and plenty of good fats. You can cycle carbs to keep fat at bay.

You should get those first two basics squared away before starting AAS.

Sound Advise U-A_Iron,
The kind I can apply and very intelligently laid out.
Advise I can use to help Me with this hole in My plan, I will research it and apply accordingly
Thanks

Welcome to the site .

you got plenty of good advice from CEO,ZYG and the other boys here....
your training routine definitely needs to change.
please for the love of god remove meal 6 ...from your post and your life,
thanks and good luck with your new programme.

Not trying to be a smart ass but HIT and HIIT are two different things...just making sure that the difference is known. The outcome can change greatly if u have used HIIT and switch to HIT.

hey just be honest and answer these questions below:

1 are you willing to commit 100% to a new training program with no modifications of your own for about 2-3 months?

2 are you willing to change that diet and commit to it 100% with a detailed log for the same time frame?

if not thats cool and more power to you and good luck but if you are not willing to take the advice that people are giving then please just say so and let the mods/vets on this board offer up help to all the people that would jump at the chance to get this info and apply it 100%

I hit you with green bro. Stick around, absorb things like a sponge.
