How do you guys like to plan workouts during a cutting cycle. My definition of a cutting cycle in this case is semi-severe low calorie diet, cardio 4-5 times/week, and juice for muscle preservation (me I'm on EQ/winny).
Body fat loss is going great, and will stay my priority, but I wouldn't mind gaining a little bit of strength (+muscle) during this cycle (or at least maintaining), any tricks for doing this while dieting? Is the standard 4-5 gym workouts/week with one body part a week, 8-12 sets to failure a pretty ok way to go? Can more/less often, or more/less intense help out while on low cal?
