Do you all generally do a Pre Exhaustion program Such as 10-8-6-4-4 on bench press and then move it on over to maybe 10-8 on the pec dec tp Isolate the chest.
I am wondering cause this is the program i have started for the next three months and my main Ques. is should I wait till I plateau on my gains before I start taking this Ganabol or should I do it from the get go. I do alot of grappling so I am semi in shape (Not tiny or weak). But i haven't been in on this 3 month Pre Exhaustion program in 7 mos. and it is real hard on the joints. If any of you see any fault in doing this either way let me know.
