Whats up bros. ALright i need some help here. Lately i've done the workout plan of the Nebraska Cornhuskers... which has to do with 10, 5, and 3 rep sets at different stages. And certain muscles every other day. I was thinking about starting my workouts as 2 muscles a day, 5 days a week, and then 2 days off except for crunches. Working my muscles of the day to fatigue on their day. Will I gain much strength/size on this? P.S. and im about to start a Test/Dbol cycle. Open to suggestions, thanks guys.
