A little background, I'm 5'7, and about 195-200 lbs aged 26. Recently I've started going to the gym and I'm trying to find a good workout to help get rid of some fatty man boobs. I'm afraid that if I use the wrong workout it could lead to them hardening and getting bigger. Like I said before, I've changed my diet and have started going to the gym, any advice would be greatly appreciated, thanks a bunch.
