Hehehe! I caved. This was the FIRST time that I've ever eaten birthday cake here and I've been working here for about 6 months. They were all in shock that I took some! :lmao: It was a teeny tiny piece, about the size of two good sized bites. Mmmm. No regrets. That was the best damn buttercream frosting I have ever had. :p

I got out of bed to do pilates and the hubby was recording the US All-Star game. Grrr. Oh well.. I'm not feeling too great today, either.. my head's pounding and I feel horribly bloaty and heavy.

8:00 - 20oz h2o
couple bites of chicken (left overs for today's lunch)

8:05 - protein muffin
1T ANPB
1 slice WW bread
Argh! It's not my day. We ran out of protein powder, so I'm hoping I at least get my macros close today. Last night (before bed) there was at least 5 scoops left, or so I thought. Hubby must have brought some to work with him for a change. :worried:

9:00 - 20oz H2O

I am so ready for the weekend!

I think this ^^^ is mainly.. uhm, waste. Sorry for the TMI, but I haven't been going the past couple days and my stomach has been hurting so bad that I find myself doubled over at times. :worried: Does anyone know what would help this? I may pick up some fiber supps this weekend. I'm wondering if this may be a side effect of the antibiotics I'm on.

... but I'm still happy it's FRIDAY!! ;)

I can almost guarentee that it is a side from the drug. call your Dr and tell him you can't handle it. They should be able to switch it. You shouldn't have to feel that way!!! Hang in there and call......
