I think this ^^^ is mainly.. uhm, waste. Sorry for the TMI, but I haven't been going the past couple days and my stomach has been hurting so bad that I find myself doubled over at times. Does anyone know what would help this? I may pick up some fiber supps this weekend. I'm wondering if this may be a side effect of the antibiotics I'm on.
