6:36 - rise I got out of bed to do pilates and the hubby was recording the US All-Star game. Grrr. Oh well.. I'm not feeling too great today, either.. my head's pounding and I feel horribly bloaty and heavy.

1 slice WW bread Argh! It's not my day. We ran out of protein powder, so I'm hoping I at least get my macros close today. Last night (before bed) there was at least 5 scoops left, or so I thought. Hubby must have brought some to work with him for a change.
