Will use of HGH show on blood-test?

As title says, is there a way of detecting HGH on a regular blood test?

Blood test is too check my level of testosteron before starting TRT, Nebido.

When doing a regular blood sample for testosterone-levels.
Are there a chance they might detect I'm on a self-prescribed low dose of HGH(4ui/ed)?
