I have been on a CKD for 2 weeks now. I'm 23yo, 195 - 6'0". . . I feel that I've only got about 20 pounds to lose as my goal....
I'm also looking to continue to build mass.
I was wondering if my diet would help me achieve these goals. I've clocked everything on fitday.com, and I posted some pertinent info.
average calorie intake:
60%-fat
6%- Carbs (half of which from fiber)
34%- protein
with an average total of 1450 cals/day.
With multi-vit, flax, 1+gal water, protein shakes post-workout...
I've not been checking my urine with ketosticks, but I'm almost certain that my body is in keto...(I plan to buy some sticks wednesday).
