I just received my squat lifting chart (for my powerlifting comp) from my coach. I just don't know if I'll even be able to walk after that!!
Here's for this week:
10X 135
8 X 155
6 X 165
4 X 175
8 X 180
PLUS my usual squat and legs training!!!
And it keeps going heavier each week!!!:smash:
Here's what I should do in 10 weeks:
10 X 135
8 X 155
6 X 175
4 X 195
1 X 215
1 X 235
1 X 250
1 X 265
1 X 275
PLUS my usual squat and legs training!!!
My husband says that it will be easy for me but I think that I'm gonna die!!!!!

Yes you will survive!! I can handle 185 pretty easily for sets and 225 if I'm feeling strong and have a good spot...you've been training much longer than me so I KNOW you can do this!!!!

Keep us posted...hey you can always use a walker the next day! :D

No, Lobo, it's right! I double checked and that is the way it is. I really believe in my coach, he's been coaching many best powerlifters in Canada. I think I will do what he's telling me to do!!

LG;)
