Will creatine be beneficial?

22 years old. 6ft 2in. 11.5 stone. I am eating 5 times a day, training every other day. Will somebody as skinny as me gain off the regular loading faze then continuing from there. Just creatine monohydrate.

yes i guess to an extent. Depending on your body and how it reacts to those compounds, but I would at least try it, its relatively cheap.
 
dont get hung up on the whole loading phase thing....take 5-10 g post workout in your shake with simple carbs and whey protein.

if you want to put on size quicker grab a bucket of N2BULK .
Have a shake first thing in the morning and one as your post workout shake....and you will gain weight !
