so set to a new project, nothing major a few things here and there but no issues. Then I have the anal ass new foreman come up and want something totally different from what my boss wants, sure I take his issues to mind but if something is to be changed it will be per my boss eh? Now I have this simple skid i built years back and they want to duplicate it but of course make it a bit different. I have ideas on how to lift it, but beings its against what the forman thinks and he fucking knows it will work (what i want) he pops out of his chair and say's have J contact me when he gets back.

wtf is it with men not accepting woman having idea's? This isn't the first time. I've proposed a few things in the past and they got passed over, then a few weeks down the line ... guess what? They are using my design.

an all male staff gets along so much better than if you were to mix females in the bunch. this is especially true if you are in the military.

you have to watch what you say, watch what you do, be conscious of everyones' stupid feelings and emotions.

well... in my time working with both genders i beg to differ. Women are non the less catty, I agree! I just ignore that shit, that is something that doesn't bother me at all when im working. I can care less what x said to x that said to x. My thing is most of the women here are just doing standard entry level work. Admin work, data entry, etc...

And then you have this one chick (me) that does 3D modeling, design, drafting, IT work, computer programing, and believe it or not any other thing that the company desires me to do.

So I sit back and freaking bust my balls to be the best, day in and day out. I don't ever get freaking flack from any of the females that work with me... but I do get flack from the males that I outsmart here and there. I am proposed with a project, come up with a solution and get bashed down, then within a few hours that same damn proposal is in act because it works. I work with males that DON'T want a female to prosper or excel in their division. Why? I don't know.

I am good at what i do and what I do I do 100%!
