steak is never bad! ever.. I could probably eat steak seven days a week happily.. well maybe not that much..

I just love meat.. in general.. turkey and chicken too.. mmmm meat..

I like...

1 salmon fillet
4-5 tblsp lemon basil
4-5 garlic cloves chopped
1 lemon


Grate the lemon skin into a bowl, slice lemon and squeeze juice into the bowl. add chopped basil and garlic. Cook salmon over grill or broil until done to taste. Pour sauce over the salmon. I prefer this with chilled salmon but either works.
I grill the salmon on a piece of tinfoil becuase it makes removing from the skin much easier.
You can oil the foil and slice off the meat about 1/4 inch from the skin to use for salmon skin rolls if you want as well.

It's the best, but my belly does not like it much anymore. LOL

fuck man that sounds delicious and really simple, thanks man, that's a fucking sweet recipe. =)

No worries, if the sauce is too bitter a few teaspoons of sugar help

I flake the leftovers and make a salad with the sauce as a dressing.

Also, I forgot to add, lightly brush the salmon with olive oil and salt and pepper before grilling.
