Which out of these two splits looks better??

Just wondering which out of these two looks better and why?? Currently I'm using the first one, but am thinking about changing it to the second.

Day1-Chest/Front+Side Delts
Day2-Back/Rear Delts/Biceps
Day3-OFF
Day4-Legs/Triceps
Day5-OFF

or

Day1-Chest/Front+Side Delts
Day2-OFF
Day3-Back/Rear Delts/Biceps
Day4-Legs/Triceps
Day5-OFF

I'm absolutely in love with pairing these muscle groups together, but am unsure as to what would be the best order.

i gotta agree with diamond..legs need a day on its own. no way would i be able to start doing triceps after a hardcore leg workout.
 
I like split number 2

personally my legs are easy growing, calfs included,

who wants big legs anyway,

pec, and bis !!!!!!!! pecs and BIS!!!!!!!!!

number 2 would be better, cus your upper body has more of a chance to rest

Omega, that's exactly what I was thinking. The only reason I train my legs and tri's on the same day is because for some reason I love training my triceps. I mean they are easily my best muscle, so I don't have to do that many sets. All I really do for them is some weighted dips. That combined with them getting hit on my chest day is enough. Plus the fact that this is my splits only when I'm juicing gives me a little extra boost. When I'm going natural, I have legs by themselves, and have a lot more days of rest.
 
i would go wtih split 2 b/c you would have more energy on leg day due to the rest day before, but what matters most is what suits you better, which days you have the most time do spend in the gym and which bodyparts you want to work and have more energy for
