If you can't plan ahead and make your food and bring it with it with you, then you don't really want to lose fat. Don't get mad. It's just a fact of dieting. You have to prepare. A lot of normal people that I help don't have a problem eating bland food. They can't get used to cooking it before and bringing it with them wherever they go.
I agree with Mak completely. I've got a big ass cooler that i bring to work with me everyday. And when i'm off its usually in my car with me if im running errands or whatever. Is it a pain in the ass but i know it will all be worth it and have to really want it. Honestly, i think training is the easy part. I work 12hr days much of the time and I have a 45 min commute each way. And i still have a life. Just remember whenever you are watching tv, typing on your computer, having sex...Some chicken could be backing in the oven.
Sooo true...I definately need to go get a cooler...I could cook one day to last me four....I actually never thought to do that....I always stress about eating since I work full time and go to college full time...thanks alot guys...
