We did walkouts earlier today...and my gym only has about 650lbs of weights. So I worked up to that...then added two sets of chains (80lbs). Couldn't think of anything else to do so I just held them for an extra long time.
Got to fooling around with the set up a second ago...and figured how to suspend some dumbbells...got the bar weight up over 900. The things we do to overload the system.
