where in routine should i use my bands?

my workout is as follows,i have made good results from this workout several times.i know its not what most of you guys do but it works for me.for my core lifts i use the standered periodelization(i suck at spelling)everything else is just as i wrote it. squat-2 warmup + 2 worksets pause squats-2 sets 5reps one leg press-2 sets 8reps upper back-3sets 8reps cavs+abs day-2 flat bench-warmup + 2 worksets 2brd press-2sets 5reps shoulders-3sets 8reps tris+abs-4sets each day-3 deadlift-warmup+2 worksets stiffleg deadlift-3sets 8reps shrugs-3sets 10reps curls+abs my question is where in my routine should i use my bands.i just purchased a set of minis & a set of lights.should i back of the bar weight and use them during my core lifts or on my 2nd exercise each day?your ideas would be greatly appreciated.thanks in advance.
