This is a toughie. I do my best to space my meals out and what not but sometimes it is difficult. my main concern is spacing out my protein i have heard so many stories on how much protein to consume in a given hour.
what are your thoughts. i knwo the rule of thumb seems to be a meal every 2 hours at 6 meals a day. often times i find it difficult to accomplish this
