Whats a good weight for a 6'5'' frame?

The missus recons about 100-115kg would have u lookin nice if u keep to 15% or under bodyfat. Im in agreance as im 6'4 at 103 kg at about 14% body fat. Every inch after about 6'2 makes a huge diference. Ive been down to 88kg at 9% and looked nice a slim but I tend 2 carry all my fat on my thighs and hips like a woman so once leaned out i at least looked proportionate. Picture a 6'4 bloke with an hourglass figure and hair to my waist to boot.
But even at my current stats I dont look big at all, that 103kg has a lot of area to spread over.

im 6 3 and im at 215 now with 12% Bf and im bulking now to bout 250 then gonna cut down to like 8% bf so for a 6 5 frame i would say like 250 with 8-10BF

im 6'1" d 205 right now and I feel tiny... :worried: soon to be back on though :) Id say a good 240ish is a healthy weight for someone at your height, depending on bf% and genetics of course...

ok ya i guess ur right.. thats just a fraction of the fat i used to have.. im 240 in that pic.. how many lbs. of fat do u guys think i can lose?

sfw first of all congrats on the weight loss, seriously.

What are you doing for weight training? I am very hesitant to tell you to 'cut THEN bulk' since Ive seen a few different things happen, one worry I have is the notion "Im afraid to get fat again" and not benefit from a bulk or start to panic when you lose sight of your abs, once you've actually had them, esp. when it's a 1st... people get very attached.

Have you ever done any HIIT cardio? Sprinting, plyowork, sparring, spin class, etc? Something OTHER then 30-40 minutes on an elliptical/treadmill/etc in a steady state? If you have not, I think your body may respond quite well to that, and you won't have to overdo the cardio which many people think is the answer.

I still want to know what you are doing for weights & if you have a program... resistance training is key here, as well as cardio and the given, clean diet.
