high protein, low fat diet made of premium stuff. 200? 300? 500? 10000 (salmon for breakfast lunch dinner? :P)

It varies greatly, I used to be far more picky about what I ate when I started, right now I settle for convenience... in doing so, both my costs and preparation time have improved... I am down to 14 chicken breasts/week, 7 cans of tuna/week, 2 salmon steaks/week... a shitload of oats, lots of water, lbs/whey per month... that is pretty much about it... the rest is some potatoes here and there, multivitamins and Vitamin C...

You do the math, is not much, maybe about 200-300 $/month

Oh man, lets not even mention the cost of the food. Up here in the Northeast it's crazy pricing across the board. I easily spend $500 on food alone. Not to mention my girlfriend has less money than a homeless man that just got robbed

Well, in Canadian funds...I'm spending about 100 bux per week. That's mainly for chicken breasts (about 2-3/day)..so, that's about 15-17 chicken breasts/week, tuna is dirt cheap, I eat it to fill in the gaps (i hate tuna)..1 small 5 oz steak/day.. Lots of rice, sweet potatoes, oats, peanut butter skim milk....you know, good whole food. I consider buying low fat salad dressing as splurging...LOL! almost all my cash goes to food.
