the majority of my diet consisted of whey protien powder (disgner protien), weight gainer powder (cytosport gainer900), and multivitamin (GNC Male Vitamins). i would eat healthy cereal in morning, very lean ground beef .5 - 1lb/day. consuming 3k-4k calories/day. i'm 6' 185lbs., 13-20% body fat. trying to lean up and put some solid muscle on. advice/info greatly appreciated!

sounds good, but I don't think you will lean up on 3 or 4 thousand calories a day, especially if you only weigh 185.

let me get this straight... you want to eat only powders with some cereal and 1/2 to 1 lb of lean beef ED?

do you hate cooking?

i'm no dietitian, but that doesn't sound healthy at all. i think you may have trouble with digestion for one thing and it doesn't look like there would be much fiber in that diet.

i really don't like cooking at all....scrambling some eggs, boiling pasta, and grilling meat is about the extent of it. i could supp some fiber if that would help?

do all your cooking for the week sunday night (or pick any night). package it up into self-contained meals using plastic bins/tupperware. scrambled eggs, pasta (protein enriched) and grilling would be a huge improvement over powders. i don't like cooking that much either, it's time consuming to say the least. it's one of those sacrifices you have to make if you want to take bb'ing seriously.
