Hi
Im starting a keto diet in a few weeks and i just wanted to know what is the best training routine while on a low carb regime? Is it better to lift heavy? split workout ? High intensity training? and what about cardio. thanks

IMO training shouldn't change depending on your diet. Your training should be set up for what your goals are

^^What he said.^^

My goals define both my training and diet. If I am trying to gain, I eat and lift accordingly. If I am trying to lean out, I eat and lift accordingly. Sometimes there is extensive (but not usually lol) cardio, other times there is none. If you're on low carbs, I assume you're trying to lose, so decide specifically what your goals of weight, body fat, muscle size/structure are, and adjust your lifestyle to achieve those.

My goal is to lose fat and maintain muscle for the rest of the summer and this fall i will start my bulk.
I am at 13% BF right now would like to get to 10% or single digit before my bulk

I always lift heavy. That's why I go to the gym. It keeps me sane.

But, I have lost a ton of weight in the past, and did so by keeping the cardio at a decent level. I did 15min of HIIT 3 x's/wk, and 2 rounds of low intensity runs for about 45-60min each. At the time I was running an upper/lower split. M+W was lower, and T+Th was upper. Both workouts were solid, and while I wasn't trying to break any world records, I pushed enough weight that it felt good.

At the moment, I'm on a 4 day split, bulking, but I'm leaning this fat out while putting on muscle and mass. That wasn't my intention, I was aiming to just put on weight, but it is certainly how it is working. My diet is very clean, and that's the real deciding factor of body change in my eyes. If you aren't eating toward your goal, then you won't get there.

P.S. Like you said diet is the most important 80% of the transformation I just hope Keto will work as good for me then people i know

Phil Heath said it best (this is not word for word it is just what I remember him saying)... Didn't I build this body on heavy weight lifting? That doesn't change going into a contest.
