Hey everyone again. Thanks for past information. Anyway, I've been devouring everything in site for the past few days. Got some questions, are eggs good? I've only ate one today, but consumed the other 11 in the past three days. Not to mention, the Chef Boyardee; several cans in the past few days. Ect.. Should I concentrate on the protein or carbohydrate group. My mother keeps telling me to eat more fruit and vegetables.....I keep telling her "Where's the beef" A friend told me to eat lots of meat, I'm hell-bent on meat now. This okay?
So, when I look up into that pantry of my kitchen, should I grab the tuna in spring water, or go for them kidney beans? Can anyone recommend a good site for adding weight/muscle and what I should eat? Thanks...
