So I just started a 5x5, and in reality I just started working out consistently again. I am doing the 5x5 for 20 weeks because I wont reach my actual maxes till about week 10. I just want to start light and get my joints and tendons used to moving weight 3x a week again.
Anyway Im 5'9" 183 and I would like to add as much muscle without bloat or fat before I start a cycle in 20 weeks.
I just started to eat clean because I want to be ripped as well. I already am about 10% BF but I eat like shit, lucky charms, corn dogs, fruit snacks, etc. So I figure if I eat good, ill look even better.
What supps are the best on the market right now? I know what suups I should take, like creatine, NO2, multi, fish oil, etc. But what are the best brands? I dont wanna spend too much money on a product that does the same as something cheaper. Thanks guys
