What single product would you most reccomend for musclebuilding?

Yes, it's the Af Store's Whey isolate protein powder ... basically 'tasteless' but IMO any type of 'powdered' drink will be somewhat chalky if that makes sense. I like the fact I can add my own carbs (since it has none) & flavor as needed.

Hmmm....that does sound good, mija. I have to buy in bulk though since I'm po! Do they sell the jumbo "dogfood" sized bags? And compared to other protein drinks, would you say your muscular gains improved on this product?

From my recent experience with two small women. Creatine Ethyl Ester or Purcee. Not gonna give direct fatloss, but will help get ya stronger. Which will add muscle and aid fatloss better and faster. Hoteacher responds very well to it. She does well with thermo's, but they make her very aggressive and it's not worth the trade off. Purecee was the only brand of creatine we have found that does not bloat her. Have tried 3 brands.

Triibulus! I totally forgot about that old school product. I cant remember if it was supposed to illicit increased T production, or if it contained T itself. Increased aggression during my workout sounds good though. I need to get amped. ;)

It comes in a 5 lb tub :) another option is 2 lb'r .

I really do think the PureCEE has helped GREAT as far as muscular gains, in conjuction with the ISO. I recently started having a Pre/During Workout shake (I train Early AM & take 4 caps purecee pre training + ISO & Gatorade) & had the best leg day of my life the other day. I never go heavy with legs. If I only had a spotter around more, like I use to, I think I'd be able to increase my #'s with both of these products.

The shake also has helped a little with my endurance during the w/o's but I'm always full of energy in the mornings. As with anything, pinpointing ANY one thing has never been easy for me to do ... it sure contributes though :)

Yipes, it's more expensive than the 10lb bag of ON protein I regularly buy. Not sure if I can swing this brand, but I appreciate the tip. :):) Is it not gross mixed with the gaterade?

I need to look into something to improve my workout energy. I've never been able to train hard until the evenings because I need 3 solid meals in me to store enough glycogen I suppose, but now I just do NOT have the time to train in the evenings.

NO not at all...shake the $h1t hard enough & there's times when it's completed dissolved, NO chunks at all. It's tasteless. If I use a Gatorade like the Fierce Red one ~8.0-10 oz with the serving (2 scoops) I can't taste it at all.

Until I got use to powders in general I would blend it with blue/straw/raspberries, maybe even a nana, with water & ice, and bam, smoothie, ice cold & yummy. But Now the gator is more for convenience

The ON tastes good but has some sugar if I remember. Best bang for the buck imo is allthewhey. Just their whey Isolate. As far as AF's protein. You get what ya pay for, but it is $...

I did run tribulus several years ago - Tribestan (its all OTC). I definitely felt bulky, broke out like a bitch and generally felt bloaty on it. Didn't reallyl care for it but also wasn't running a bulk cycle either.

I think the thing we need to remember as women that if you are coming from not a long history of lifting and looking to do a focused muscle building phase, you need to approach it like Miss24K & Bunny did - serious bulking phase. Eat for muscle building, train for muscle building. And dont' expect just straight up lean muscle mass - expect some fat as well, and then cut down.

Was the breakout immediate, or appear only after continued use?
