What single product would you most reccomend for musclebuilding?

After a quick scan of the first page it seems that every product type mentioned in a thread title is for fatloss. I want to hear what supplement you ladies have tried and reccomend above all else for muscle building.

If you could take only one legal supp, what would you take?
 
Bison meat.
Chicken breasts.
egg whites.
turkey.
almonds.

Creatine (e.g. PureCEE) works for some. I'm past that point of "muscle building" and its always been a shit load of weight pushing and diet.

I'd add ISO AGB for Protein Choices as well.

I use all the same plus supplement with glutamine, and protein shakes!

As for me, I think a product that supplied really good, sustainable energy throughout my workout would probably have an indirect effect on muscle building. I've read about a few new ones that provide great energy briefly, but seem to cause a heavy crash within a short period of time.

I used a transdermal prohormone years ago that seemed to give me a pretty good T spike for 45 minutes or so, which in turn gave me the attitude and energy to get really good workouts.
 
Lots and lots and lots of food!!!! lol I got up to like 3000 calories when I was bulking, and I'm quite small in size, 5ft tall, 110lbs right now.

The supplement I liked was tribulus (not sure I spelt that right), it made me quite aggressive in the gym, it was crazy but in a good way, lol.
 
From my recent experience with two small women. Creatine Ethyl Ester or Purcee. Not gonna give direct fatloss, but will help get ya stronger. Which will add muscle and aid fatloss better and faster. Hoteacher responds very well to it. She does well with thermo's, but they make her very aggressive and it's not worth the trade off. Purecee was the only brand of creatine we have found that does not bloat her. Have tried 3 brands.

Yes, it's the Af Store's Whey isolate protein powder ... basically 'tasteless' but IMO any type of 'powdered' drink will be somewhat chalky if that makes sense. I like the fact I can add my own carbs (since it has none) & flavor as needed.
