**Have brown rice (I'm filipino and I know it is weird to switch white rice to brown rice but girl, it keeps you full longer!!)
**Quaker oats are really good for you but have protein with it; try almonds with your oatmeal for satiety
**Have whole wheat bread- Make sure it says 100% whole wheat on the package and when you look at the fiber content, it has at least 3g of fiber listed- this will keep you fuller longer as well.
Do some weight training because muscle helps burn more calories, which will help you lose weight more effectively. If you wanna try a DVD to help you, I Love, love, love turbo jam!!! You can get it at beachbody.com. The DVD set has kickboxing, ab sculpting, and a total body sculpting workout. It's a great program to get you started or a nice change in your workout if you're bored with the same old routine.
Good luck girl and I wanna see your progress!!!
Hi flipican, i am a member of "bally total fitness" so i got my schedule im started doing cardio from mon-fri every morning.the things i do the most are ,urban rebounding,cardio/sculpt,power flex,hi/lo & sculpt,straight up step and reaction cyling which is my favorate the most. i do some weight training too.
well...about my diet thing i can't stand the taste of brown rice which is i tried it today for my luch with boiled fish.and now thinking to switch over to white rice just eat moderately a 1/2 cup.{im a freak rice eater}
i think drink plenty of water before you eat your meals its help also to avoid eating too much because you feel fuller already. yes quaker oats{old fashioned} is also healthy. btw nice to meeting you, knowing that there is also a pinay like me here in this forum......
