i've been on a 40-30-30 for like 2 months or so...i dunno if my relatively low carb intake has been affecting my soccer performance. i do have a little fat to cut but i still wanna play my best on the field. i was thinking about increasing carbs and lowering fat with a 40-40-20 split. i've never seen this even mentioned on this board so i dunno if its okay to start...but it was just something i've been thinking of.
any opinions or info???
