Recently bought a 2 month suply of Labrada Lean body low carb shakes. taking 2 a day for breakfast and lunch and eating tuna on whole wheat for dinner.
Thanks to the shakes and a 4 day workout routine with lots of cardio I have been able to drop 22 pounds in 3 weeks. Being a big guy I knew the pounds would fall off at first. (296-274)
Now I'm getting sick of the vanilla shakes and need something besides a banana to help switch up the flavor. Knowing I'm trying to lose weight what can I add that won't reverse the progress I have made?
Next time around I'll go with the multi-pack.
