alright, at the end of my chest workout i've been finishing with dips. my gym doesn't have a belt for weights or anything so today i had to put a couple 10 pound weights in my backpack to do my sets. any other ways to do weighted dips without the belt. i really don't want to cross my ankles and use a dumbell because that shifts my weight and puts more emphasis on my tri's as opossed to my chest.
