Weight Watchers confusion!!!

Post some pictures and give some specific stats (i.e. measurements of waists/arms/calfs etc..). 51% is VERY high and you'll need to show us that you're at that level before help is given.

PM me your doctors info, I'll call him/her up to verify this is not a BS post and we'll go from there.

Hi, I will try posting pics asap. My waist is 61 1/2" arms 18" and calf 17" of course my chest is very flabby (man boobs etc..)

Read the rest of my post. There are pros & cons to almost everything. For someone @ %51 body fat it would be better than nothing. You tend to disregard anything that isn't "your way" or hasn't "worked for you". Maybe you would suggest that he breathe out of his nose, rather than mouth?

ha- you're cute bud...hope you need help someday...........

You better apologize Deltree or else you'll miss out on JKrew's "breathe through your tummy" words of wisdom. He's already said I'm cut off from his advice and already I've put on 20lbs of fat. lol

For you to eat 1500-1800 cals a day would definately result in some weight loss. I can see you totally waisting away into a sickly somolian physique in a matter of months ;)

I have no diet, just eating whatever eat....pizza, most times whatever I can grab at Wendy's. I figured I could use Weight Watchers to get below 300 and then go on a program like Body For Life or something.
